How long is shipping?
Orders ship within 1 to 5 business days, then arrive in 2 to 7 business days for USA orders. International orders are 5 -30 business days depending on location.
What is your return policy?
Because items are custom made, returns aren’t accepted, but quality issues are resolved within 30 days.
Can I change my order?
Changes can be made within 6 hours of ordering. Please message us quickly to update your custom details.
Our apparel is unisex; we recommend sizing up for a cozy, oversized fit.

Sizing Details:
1. WHAT SIZE APPAREL DO YOU OFFER AND WHAT IS THE FIT?:
All our shirts and hoodies are UNISEX and true to size with a relaxed fit. For an oversized look, we recommend sizing up 1–2 sizes. Please refer to the size charts in the listing photos for detailed measurements.
Care Instructions :
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY CUSTOM APPAREL?:
Wash inside out in cold water with like colors.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do not iron directly on the design. (This care method is recommended for all Comfort Colors and Gildan products to extend the life of your print.).
MOCKUPS:
DO YOU SEND AUTOMATIC MOCKUPS?:
We do not automatically send mockups after an order is placed to keep production and shipping times fast. If you would like a digital mockup before we print your order, please message us through Etsy after placing your order to request a preview.

Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Please message us through Etsy beforehand to discuss your vision. For simple customizations, you can add details in the personalization box when ordering (please ensure you have selected the correct product). ****Customization examples: text color changes, swapping graphics, or adding photos or logos (team, school, business). Photos should be high-quality PNG or SVG files for best results.****
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?:
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with the color, product, or design, please message us as soon as possible, and we will make it right. If it’s an error on our end, we will reprint your item promptly and send out the correct order to you at no additional cost.
We do not typically offer refunds since each item is made to order, but we understand that issues can happen and will review situations if a significant error has occurred. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help!
Cancelations, Returns or Exchanges?:

Orders are customized and typically move into production within 24 hours of purchase. We are unable to offer cancellations once your order has entered production.
If you message us before your order is printed, we can cancel and refund your order. Please note that any non-refundable fees incurred by our shop may be deducted from your refund.
Gift Wrapping Options?:

We do not offer wholesale or bulk pricing at this time. However, we provide free shipping on all USA orders over $35 and offer discount codes to repeat customers and those who favorite our shop.
How Do I Order Multiple Shirts?:
Order multiple shirts or products?
1. Check size charts & photos.
2. Choose your color and size.
3. Enter personalization details (double-check spelling).
4. Ensure correct product type and color
5. Click “Add to Cart.”
6. Repeat these steps for each shirt needed.
Complete checkout and confirm your shipping address. ( Most listing contain multiple products and variations)
Rush orders and shipping speed
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. Standard USA shipping is typically fast, but we recommend ordering ahead whenever possible. We will ship your order as quickly as we can, but delivery speed is beyond our control once shipped. Please message us if you think there may be an issue with your delivery, and we will reach out on your behalf.
