Sizing and fit
All shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are unisex with a relaxed fit and are true to size.
For a cozy oversized look, we recommend sizing up 1 to 2 sizes.
Please refer to the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.

Production and shipping
Production time is 1 to 5 business days. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Estimated delivery times after shipment
USA: 2 to 7 business days
Canada: 7 to 15 business days
International: 10 to 30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or busy periods.

Care instructions
Wash inside out in cold water with like colors.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do not iron directly on the design.

These care instructions are recommended for both Comfort Colors and Gildan garments to extend the life of your print.

Mockups and proofs
To keep production and shipping fast, we do not automatically send mockups after purchase.
If you would like a digital mockup before we print, please contact us shortly after ordering and we will send a preview when possible.

Changes to an order
If you need to update your size, color, address, or personalization, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we love custom orders.
For simple customization, add your exact text in the personalization box on the product page.
For logos or photos, please contact us first. For best results, files should be high quality PNG or SVG formats.

Printing method
We use direct to garment printing for vibrant, long lasting results.

Returns and refunds
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with the print or product, please contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

Cancellations
Orders typically move into production within 24 hours.
If you contact us before your item is printed, we can cancel and refund your order.
Non refundable processing fees may be deducted when applicable.

Gift messages
Gift wrapping is not currently offered.
You may include a gift message at checkout and we will include it with your order.

Bulk orders and discounts
Wholesale pricing is not available at this time.
USA orders over 35 ship free.
Discount codes are occasionally sent to repeat customers and email subscribers.

Ordering multiple items
Select your size and color, enter your personalization, and add the item to your cart.
Repeat these steps for each item, then complete checkout and confirm your shipping address.
